RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and tags. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Returns will only be accepted after approval from our team. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear images of the product

Without proper proof, returns or refunds may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Used or damaged items (by customer)
- Products without original packaging
- Personal care items
- Sale items or discounted products

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

Customers must accept COD orders at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future orders.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you can place a new order after return approval.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval.

If approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days depending on location. Delays may occur due to courier or external factors.
